The short version. The game collects nothing. It runs entirely in your browser and stores progress on your own device. The only personal information involved is what is needed to sell you the game and support you afterwards.

What we collect

When you buy the game, your name, email address and billing information are collected and processed by Payhip to complete the purchase, deliver the product, and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We receive your name, email address and order details. We never see or store full card details.

When you contact us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you write in your message.

The game collects nothing

No accounts. No logins. No analytics inside the game. No server communication while you play. Your campaign progress and unlocks are saved using your browser’s local storage, on your device only. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it. Clearing your browser data erases it — use the in-game Export Save feature to back it up.

Website analytics

This website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic. It does not identify you personally and is not linked to your purchase.

How we use it

To deliver your purchase, to provide support, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only Payhip and our email provider, as necessary to complete and support your purchase. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as required by Australian tax and record-keeping law. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to retain it. Contact thesiegeofjerusalem@gmail.com.
