I bought the game but haven’t received it

Delivery is usually immediate. Check your spam and promotions folders first — the email comes from Payhip, not from us. If it is not there, email thesiegeofjerusalem@gmail.com from (or quoting) the address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.

What do I need to play?

A modern desktop or laptop web browser — a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari — with JavaScript enabled. There is nothing to install.

Does it work on my phone?

The game is built for desktop and laptop. The interface is dense — four commander columns, a siege map and a second theatre of play — and it is not designed for phone screens.

Where is my progress saved?

In your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us and nothing is stored on a server.

How do I back up or move my progress?

Open the in-game Menu and choose Export Save. That downloads a single file containing your campaign and all your unlocks. To restore it — on the same machine or a new one — use Import Save on the title screen. This is strongly recommended after a long campaign.

I lost my progress

If you cleared your browser data, played in private browsing, or switched devices without exporting first, the save cannot be recovered. Progress is never sent to us, so there is no copy on our side to restore. Exporting regularly is the only protection.

Can I play offline?

You need to be online to load the game. Once it has loaded it runs in your browser.

How long is a campaign?

Roughly 45–75 minutes for a full run. There are four difficulties, randomised setups, three victory paths and content that unlocks across runs, so there is a good deal more than one session in it.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

It may appear as Payhip rather than the name of the game. Payhip is our merchant of record and processes the payment on our behalf.

I found a bug

Please email thesiegeofjerusalem@gmail.com with what happened and what you were doing when it happened. Bug reports are genuinely welcome and they get read.
